Kaori is Japanese & Tony is Macedonian, so the mix of the two cultures was amazing. Met up with them at a Macedonian Orthodox Church, did some photos in the city, battled rain, wind & darkness, and ended up at Merrimu Reception where we took some great shots inside, followed by a Japanese Traditional Dance. Daniela & Carmelo (Charlie) were referred to me by Charlie’s brother & wife Peter & Phu, whom wedding I had shot a few years ago, and where Charlie was groomsman. It was a small and intimate bridal party which were a lot of fun to work with, and we got quite a bit done in the little time we had, check them out;

It’s tradition in Asian weddings to do a photo shoot on a diferent day than on the actual wedding day itself, which is what we did with Melia & Thomas. Had a great time and got some awsome shots, check them out;

Yuliya & Steve booked me for their engagement/house party last year (you can see the blog entry in my archives), and so when it came to shooting the wedding, I had a good idea how to approach it – FUN/GLAMOROUS. They both got ready in the same hotel, and I ping-ponged from room to room as they were getting ready. Because of the rain we mainly stayed indoors, except for a few great shots outside the Pier in Port Melbourne. We ended up at Sails by the Bay, check out the shots;
